True Blue Care Disability Services is an NDIS approved Care provider in the disability and aged care services industry in Australia. If you have funding from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan, we have a range of Disability Services that could help you.
We Offer
True Blue Care Disability Services can arrange a Plan Manager for you if you have funding for Plan Management in your NDIS Plan, who will handle the financial and administrative aspects relating to your Care Plan and ensures you are getting the support and care you need. We aim to get new clients signed up within 24 hours and commence services.
At ‘True Blue Care Disability Services’ we go an extra mile to ensure that we are delivering the best, person-centric approach, always. Support Coordinator is another service that ‘True Blue Care Disability Services’ can offer if you have such a provision in your NDIS plan. You will have a designated Support Coordinator, who will continue working with you for the entire plan period. The Support Coordinator will let you talk and tell your story and then, put whatever has been discussed into action. While they’re professional, they know how to make you feel comfortable.
